The France stabbing suspect was arrested by the safety forces.

A video purportedly displaying a person working after stabbing five people on Thursday has appeared on social media. The clip has been posted by a contract journalist and is gaining traction on Twitter. The suspect is a Syrian in his early 30s who was granted refugee standing in Sweden in April, in accordance with police.

The six-second clip exhibits the person carrying black shorts and sweatshirt working throughout a park and locals chasing him. The man can also be carrying a cap. Some screams could be heard within the background.

Four youngsters are amongst these stabbed within the city of Annecy within the French Alps.

According to information company AFP, the person armed with a knife attacked a bunch of youngsters aged round three years previous as they performed in a park close to the lake within the city at round 9:45 am (native time).

“He wanted to attack everyone. I moved away and he lunged at an old man and woman and stabbed the old man,” former skilled footballer Anthony Le Tallec, who was working within the park, instructed the native Dauphine Libere newspaper.

Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin tweeted that the wrongdoer “has been arrested thanks to the rapid reaction of security forces”. 

At least three of the victims have been in vital situation, AFP additional reported.

French President Emmanuel Macron known as it an “attack of absolute cowardice”.

“The nation is shocked. Our thoughts are with (the victims) as well as their families and the emergency services,” he tweeted.

Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne’s workplace introduced she was travelling to the scene and MPs within the nationwide parliament held a minute’s silence as information of the assault broke within the French media.

Annecy is a scenic city within the French Alps near the border with Switzerland well-liked with vacationers.
