Later, General Manoj Pandey, accompanied by Lieutenant General Upendra Dwivedi, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Northern Command, and Lieutenant General A Sengupta, General Officer Commanding, Fire and Fury Corps, known as on RK Mathur, Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh.
