Sarah Phonisay was staying on the Hyatt Regency for the Anime conference and to rejoice her birthday weekend.

“When I first checked in the hotel Thursday night I had them valet my car until Saturday evening,” Phonisay mentioned.

But it become a nightmare on Saturday night time. She requested the valet to get her automobile so she may go for her birthday dinner; it was nowhere to be discovered.
