The Indian idea of nationalism advances the concept of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” and doesn’t pose any menace to any nation and due to this fact there can’t be a Hitler in India, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat mentioned on Friday.

The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief delivered a lecture organised by the Sankalp Foundation and a bunch of former bureaucrats right here.

“Our nationalism does not pose any threat for others…that is not our nature. Our nationalism prescribes that the world is one family (Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam) and further this feeling among people across the globe…. Therefore, there can’t be a Hitler in India and if there would be any, the people of the country would pull him down,” he mentioned.

“Everyone talks about world market, but only India talks about ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’. Not only this, we also work towards making the world one family,” he mentioned.

He emphasised that India’s idea of nationalism is completely different from different ideas of nationalism, that are both based mostly on faith or one langue or frequent self-interest of individuals.

He mentioned range has been a part of India’s idea of nationalism since historical occasions and “for us completely different languages and completely different modes of worshipping god is pure. This land not solely provides meals and water but in addition provides values. That is why we name it Bharat Mata.” Presiding over the programme, Nripendra Misra, chairman of the Ayodhya Ram Temple development committee and former principal secretary to the prime minister, mentioned the Sankalp Foundation is encouraging promising and needy college students and helping them of their research for 36 years.

The basis is an RSS-backed coaching academy for UPSC aspirants. RSS joint basic secretary Krishna Gopal is among the mentors on the institute.
