: The candidates of the INLD and Aam Aadmi social gathering (AAP) together with three others submitted separate complaints to the state chief election commissioner and returning officer for the Adampur bypoll, in search of cancellation of the nomination of Bhavya Bishnoi, BJP’s nominee from the meeting seat.

The complainants alleged that Bhavya hid the small print of three out of 4 circumstances being investigated by the Enforcement Directorate in opposition to him.

AAP’s Satinder Singh and INLD nominee Kurda Ram alleged that Bhavya has talked about in his election affidavit that he’s dealing with one case for violation of provisions of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), 1999, however he’s dealing with 4 such circumstances.

“The election commission should cancel his nomination for concealing the facts and information,” the complainants stated of their complaints.

Returning officer (RO) for Adampur bypoll SC Sharma stated BJP candidate Bhavya has talked about that he’s dealing with 4 circumstances and he didn’t cover any truth.

“His nomination has been approved during scrutiny of documents,” Sharma added. ENDS
