The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has imposed a two-year ban on journalist Boria Majumdar for threatening cricketer Wriddhiman Saha for an interview. Wriddhiman Saha had tweeted in February this yr wherein he alleged {that a} journalist had threatened him after refusing to present an interview. After this, the BCCI determined to analyze the matter, wherein it has now been determined to ban the journalist.

Taking cognizance of the matter, the BCCI received in contact with Saha and determined to represent a three-member committee to look into the matter.
