Bronx trainer arrested for allegedly choking 12-year-old in class cafeteria

LONGWOOD, Bronx (WABC) — A New York City public trainer was arrested after allegedly placing his arms round a pupil’s neck inside a Bronx college.

Police say 45-year-old Chester Hingle choked the 12-year-old boy contained in the cafeteria of I.S. 217 within the Longwood part round midday Thursday.

The baby was not injured.

Hingle was charged with prison obstruction of respiratory and endangering the welfare of a kid.

Futher particulars of the incident haven’t but been launched.

Hingle was issued a desk look ticket and should report back to court docket at a later date.
