The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed a chargesheet towards 4 CBI officers arrested for conducting a faux raid on an IT agency in Chandigarh after allegedly posing as officers of the Interpol wing of the CBI in Delhi and demanding Rs 1 crore.
The chargesheet was filed towards SIs Sumit Gupta, Pradeep Rana, Ankur Kumar and Aakash Ahlawat for the offences punishable below Sections 120B, 323, 352, 365, 388 and 506 of the IPC.
