CBI officers searched Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia’s locker right here on Tuesday, with chaos reigning outdoors the financial institution as digital camera crews jostled with each other and curious crowds gathered to see what was taking place.

“Tomorrow, the CBI is coming to check our bank locker. They did not find anything during a 14-hour-long raid at my residence on August 19. They won’t find anything in the locker too. The CBI is welcome. My family and I will extend full cooperation in the probe,” the deputy chief minister mentioned in his tweet in Hindi.
On August 19, the federal probe company had raided 31 places, together with Sisodia’s residence.
Sisodia has been saying he has been made an accused in a false case to cease the march of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who has emerged as a substitute for Prime Minister Narendra Modi within the run-up to the 2024 common election.
During a particular session of the Delhi Assembly on Friday, the AAP chief had claimed that the BJP-led Centre is performing like a serial killer to remove state governments and described the CBI FIR in opposition to him as “fake” and primarily based on “mere sources”.
