Ashwani Kumar / Jhansi. In Uttar Pradesh’s Jhansi district, a case of duping a woman of Rs 2.5 lakh has come to the fore. In this regard, the victim woman has given an application to the CO of Mauranipur Circle, alleging that three people of the village were cheated.

In the application given to the CO of Mauranipur Circle, Sampat of Dhimaloni village alleged that after the death of the youth during treatment in a road accident, a reconciliation was agreed between the two sides. Now in the same case, 3 people of the village have cheated him by showing fear of the police.

The victim Sampat has told that three people living in the village showed his family the fear of action after a case was filed in the police station. They told Sampat that they will manage Mauranipur Kotwal not to file any case. In this name, he took two and a half lakh rupees in two installments, he said that these two and a half lakh rupees will have to be given to Mauranipur Kotwal, so that the police does not take any major action after registering a case in this matter. In such a situation, the victim gave two and a half lakh rupees to the three accused in two installments.

Later, when the victim inquired at Mauranipur Kotwali, the Kotwali police was told that there was no complaint of any kind in the road accident. No case registered. Nor has a demand of two and a half lakh rupees been made by the police. After this, when the victim woman asked the three youths to return the money, they thrashed them and threatened to implicate them in a fake case.

At present, the victim Sampat, along with his son Dharmendra, has complained about the whole matter to the Circle CO. Along with getting his money back in this case, along with demanding strict action against the accused.
