Making this announcement in a video message, chief minister Bhagwant Mann stated the scheme is geared toward offering good high quality ration, wheat or wheat flour and daal, to the individuals packed within the gunny baggage.

Ahead of the February 20 polls, the AAP had introduced to launch the scheme as soon as voted to energy. The occasion gained the polls with thumping majority profitable 92 seats in 117-member state legislative meeting.
