Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday introduced a compensation of Rs 10 lakh every to the kin of the deceased and Rs 50,000 to these injured within the Mundka constructing hearth incident that claimed 27 lives.
Kejriwal and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia visited the location of the blaze to take inventory of the state of affairs.
“A magisterial inquiry has been ordered into the incident. The families of the deceased will be given a compensation of Rs 10 lakh each, while the injured will be given Rs 50,000 each,” the chief minister mentioned.
He mentioned it was a large blaze and the our bodies had been charred to such an extent that it had turn out to be troublesome to establish them.
“The Delhi government has deployed help to identify the missing and the deceased,” Kejriwal added.
Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain had visited the location on Friday night time.
