HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — An evening out in town turned harmful at a membership within the Alief space after a DJ bought shot whereas on the job early Sunday morning, based on police.

Police stated they have been referred to as at about 3:30 a.m. to a bar on Bissonnet Street and Dairy Ashford Road.

The safety guard who was working reportedly couldn’t establish the shooter as a result of so many individuals stormed out of the membership without delay after the shot was fired.

Investigators stated nurses, who have been on the membership visiting from the New York space, helped present medical assist to the DJ till first responders arrived.

Police stated the DJ was shot within the abdomen, however they don’t seem to be positive if he was the meant goal.

“We don’t know if it was intentional. It’s kind of up in the air right now. Whether the suspect was inside the entire time, or he had just entered. It was pretty packed at the time when it happened, and the music was going on. We don’t know,” stated LT. Ignacio Izaguirre.

The DJ was rushed to a hospital and is predicted to outlive.

A suspect has not but been recognized.
