A girl physician, Vanita Arora, was murdered at her home on the primary flooring of her clinic in Sector 13, Kurukshetra, on Monday evening, police stated on Tuesday.

CCTV footage reveals the armed males got here in a Maruti Swift automotive and headed for the first-floor residence of the physician round 10pm on Monday.

Dr Vanita used to arrange muffins on order and was baking one when the accused, who had lined their faces with mufflers, entered the home on the pretext of shopping for a cake. Within seconds, they locked different members of the family, together with her husband Dr Atul Arora, and the home assist, Madhu, in a room and demanded keys of the lockers.
