HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A household was displaced after a home caught on fireplace from being struck by lightning.
Hendersonville Fire officers mentioned models have been dispatched to a residential construction fireplace round 2:03 p.m.
When crews arrived, they reported that they noticed no life security issues; nevertheless, as a result of proximity of neighboring homes, B shift crews deployed two-and-a-half-inch hose strains to fight the residential fireplace and preserve it from spreading.
The neighboring residence reportedly sustained substantial exterior injury, and the residence that was struck by lightning was reported as a complete loss.
Crews labored for 45 minutes to regulate the fireplace and reported no accidents.
