The India economy grew 5.4% within the October-December quarter of the present monetary 12 months 2021-22, confirmed knowledge from the Ministry of Statistics and Program implementation, launched on Monday.
GDP at Constant (2011-12) Prices in Q3 of 2021-22 is estimated at ₹ 38.22 lakh crore, as towards ₹ 36.26 lakh crore in Q3 of 2020-21, exhibiting a progress of 5.4%, the statistics ministry mentioned in a press word.
The progress in GDP throughout 2021-22 is estimated at 8.9% as in comparison with a contraction of 6.6% in 2020-21.
Nominal GDP or GDP at Current Prices within the 12 months 2021-22 is estimated to achieve a degree of ₹ 236.44 lakh crore, as towards ₹ 198.01 lakh crore in 2020-21, exhibiting a progress fee of 19.4%, the ministry mentioned.
