After complaints of inflated and delayed energy payments by home shoppers, now PSPCL has served zero quantity payments to 460 industrial and business class shoppers in Mohali, Ludhiana and Jalandhar districts.
With the Punjab authorities saying 300 free items per thirty days just for home shoppers, industrial and business shoppers have been left puzzled and have been pressured to make the rounds of PSPCL places of work to get them rectified, lest they obtain penalties for late cost.
