The Ludhiana district cricket affiliation (LDCA) carried out trials for the U-16 class, below the rules of Punjab Cricket Association, at GRD establishment on Saturday. As many as 115 budding cricketers participated within the trials.

Karan Goel, a former Punjab Ranji participant, was the selector on the trials together with PCA coach Amit Sharma.
