Crispy Corn Chaat is one such dish, which is liked by everyone from kids to elders. This dish made of corn is perfect for evening snacks as well as for making in parties.

Ingredients for Crispy Corn

To make crispy corn at home, you will need 2 cups fresh or frozen sweet corn, 1/4 cup corn flour, 2 tbsp rice flour, ½ tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp dried mango powder, Salt as per taste, 1 tbsp lemon juice and any refined oil for frying the corn, you should not make it in mustard oil.

How To Make Crispy Corn

  1. If you have taken frozen corn to make crispy corn, then first let their ice melt.
  2. Put water to boil in a large vessel and put corn in it.
  3. Let the corns boil in water for 5 minutes and then take them out and separate them from the sieve.
  4. In a large bowl, add rice flour, corn flour, little salt, black pepper powder and mix everything well.
  5. Put the corn in this bowl and mix it well so that it coats the corn.
  6. Heat the oil in a large kadhai and fry the coated corn on a medium flame till it becomes crispy and golden.
  7. Take out the crispy corn in a serving bowl and add red chilli powder, dry mango powder, salt and lemon juice and mix it well.
  8. Your Crispy Corn Chaat is ready.
