According to Independent, Muhammad Furqan Mohamed Rashid fell from the vessel 22 kilometres off the coast of Point Conception, California. “The decision to suspend an active search is never easy and is only made after exhaustive efforts to find the missing person,” Chief Warrant Officer John Rose mentioned.
“We extend our deepest sympathies to this crewmember’s friends and family,” the official added.
Mr Furqan’s household obtained the information of his disappearance on Wednesday, his brother Fathul Islam advised native retailers.
Mr Islam described his youthful brother as an “honest and sincere” employee who took his job “very seriously”.
