MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A person has been charged after stealing an 18-wheeler and kidnapping the driving force at a Marathon gasoline station on Lamar Avenue on February 9.

According to the affidavit, James Smith and one other man knocked on the door of an 18-wheeler, however the driver refused to allow them to in. The second man then fired one or two pictures, shattering the passenger aspect window.
