A forty five-year-old girl was killed in an accident that passed off close to the railway flyover in Derrabassi on Saturday. The deceased has been recognized as 45-year-old Gurjit Kaur, spouse of Gurdev Singh, a resident of Bhankharpur village. Gurdev Singh escaped unharmed within the accident.

According to info, Gurjit Kaur alongside along with her husband had come to a authorities hospital in Derabassi.

She was using pillion along with her husband and going in the direction of Mubarakpur by way of the hyperlink highway when a rushing truck from the rear hit the bike. She fell on the highway and was crushed to dying on the spot.
