Paris:

A 69-year-old gunman who opened fireplace at a Kurdish cultural centre and a hairdressing salon in Paris on Friday was intentionally searching for out foreigners, Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin stated.

The man, a retired prepare driver, “was clearly targeting foreigners”, Darmanin instructed reporters, including nevertheless that it was “not certain” that the person was aiming to kill “Kurds in particular”.
