SEWANEE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A Franklin County college useful resource officer is being credited for making a drug bust whereas greeting college students at Sewanee Elementary.
While assembly with college students, officer Josh Alexander seen the odor of marijuana coming from a supply truck that entered college property Thursday morning.
Alexander spoke with the supply driver and the driving force confirmed there have been unlawful narcotics within the automobile.
Alexander searched the truck’s cab and located 7.6 ounces of a substance believed to be fentanyl, 9 ounces of marijuana, a loaded handgun and greater than $4,000 money. Christopher James Duncan was taken into custody and will likely be dealing with a number of expenses.
Duncan made two produce deliveries earlier Thursday morning at two different Franklin County colleges. The produce for Sewanee Elementary, Cowan Elementary, and Huntland School was remoted and seized.
