Shraddha Murder Case: The Shraddha homicide case has now reached the Delhi High Court. A petition has been filed within the Delhi High Court concerning the matter. In this petition, a requirement has been made to switch the investigation of this case from Delhi Police to CBI. It has been stated within the petition that this incident is 6 months previous, Delhi Police will be unable to analyze correctly on this matter.
This petition has been filed by a training lawyer within the Shraddha homicide case. It has been stated within the petition that there’s lack of administrative, employees and lack of enough technical and scientific tools for investigation of proof and witnesses on this case on behalf of Delhi Police. Also, this matter is 6 months previous, so its investigation needs to be handed over to the CBI.
