The Telangana High Court on Monday transferred to CBI, the investigation into the case of alleged try to poach BRS MLAs that’s at current being probed by a Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the state police.

However, the HC allowed the petitions of the accused and entrusted the investigation to the Central Bureau of Investigation.
The petitioners sought investigation into the case by an unbiased company citing {that a} honest probe was a part of basic rights conferred beneath Article 21 of the Constitution.
Three individuals—Ramachandra Bharati alias Satish Sharma, Nandu Kumar and Simhayaji Swamy—had been already named as accused (A1 to A3) within the case after a criticism was lodged by BRS MLA Pilot Rohith Reddy, amongst 4 legislators, towards them on October 26.
The trio had been arrested whereas they had been allegedly making an attempt to lure 4 MLAs of the ruling BRS to affix the BJP. Recently, they had been granted bail by the High Court.
As per the FIR copy, Rohith Reddy alleged that the accused supplied him Rs 100 crore and in return the legislator needed to depart the TRS, now BRS, and contest as a BJP candidate within the subsequent Assembly election.
They had allegedly requested Reddy to carry extra BRS MLAs by providing Rs 50 crore every to affix the BJP.
The Telangana authorities on November 9 ordered the establishing of a seven-member SIT to probe into the alleged try to poach the MLAs.
