Where in Nirmala International Residential Public School, preparations are made for admission to Navodaya, Netarhat and other schools by giving residential facilities to the children. Mathew Ranjan, the 12-year-old son of Ramesh Kumar Gupta and Jyoti Devi, a resident of Beldaur police station area of Khagaria district, was also preparing in the same school. With whom the school director had a fight.
Taking quick action on the complaint of the child and his parents, the police have started the investigation of the case by detaining the director of the residential school.
On the night of July 16, the school director assaulted the child
It is being told that on the night of July 16, Mathew Ranjan was badly beaten up by Ramnath Mandal and his wife Nirmala Devi. The beating was so bad that his health deteriorated. When somehow his father Ramesh Kumar Gupta came to know about this, he reached the school to see his son. When the family wanted to meet Mathew Ranjan after reaching the school, the school manager did not allow them to meet. When he took a tough stand, he was allowed to meet Mathew Ranjan.
When the relatives questioned Mathew a lot, he told all the incidents to his relatives. After this, the family reached Jamalpur police station with the child and gave a written application against the school director. Taking quick action, the police reached back to the school along with the family members and inquired about the CCTV installed in the room, then the whole secret was revealed.

On July 16 at around 10:07 pm, the school director Ramnath Mandal thrashed sleeping Mathew badly, which was clearly visible in the CCTV footage. The child was being mercilessly trampled underfoot. After watching the CCTV footage, the police immediately took the school director Ramnath Mandal and his wife Nirmala Devi into custody.
On the other hand, the student and his family told that the only mistake of Mathew Ranjan was that he had fraudulently dropped Dettol on the face of another student. After this, first Nirmala Devi beat Mathew badly and then when he was sleeping with other students, the school director Ramnath Mandal also beat him mercilessly.
Police detained the school director and his wife
SI Jyoti Kumari of Jamalpur police station, who reached for investigation, told that it is clearly visible in the CCTV camera of the school that the operator had mercilessly assaulted the student. Further action is being taken by taking both of them into custody. On this whole episode, Sadar DSP Rajesh Kumar told that the family members have given a written application in the police station regarding the matter. The operator has assaulted the child. Police is now taking legal action as per law.
