Punjab Police chief VK Bhawra on Monday clarified that he has the best respect for Punjabi singer and Congress chief Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, popularly often called Sidhu Moosewala, whereas referring to him as a celebrated artist and cultural icon of the state.
