A horrific video has surfaced from Afghanistan exhibiting ladies being brutally flogged in public. The round two-minute video clip, posted on Twitter by a consumer named Shabnam Nasimi, is reportedly from the Takhar province. 

The ladies have been allegedly whipped for flouting the Taliban’s conservative rule that prohibits ladies from going to retailers and not using a male guardian.

“The women of Afghanistan are experiencing hell on earth under Taliban regime. We mustn’t turn a blind eye,” Shabnam Nasimi wrote together with the video.

Three ladies and 11 males have been flogged final Wednesday on the orders of an Afghan courtroom after they have been discovered responsible of theft and “moral crimes”, information company AFP had reported.
